The location was wonderful. Right in the heart of Nashville. But the rooms were filthy. We thought the shower didn't work, but we just needed to pull the knob REALLY hard. I couldn't get it so my husband had to do it. Every min and a half the water would go to scorching hot to ice cold, then back to where I had put it. There were gnats and roaches in the shower, as well as the rest of the room. There were no tows or soap provided. The bed made a terrible noise when you sat on it. The walls were layered with grime. So gross so so gross

Booked a room here and the person that was running the front was Indian said they system was down , and couldn’t take any more guest.

I moved to this area for work at the loves travel center, not realizing I would be here longer than expected, and found it comfortable, clean, and a very pleasant place to lodge here at the Cumberland Inn. The daytime manager hands down is an all around great guy that understands the needs of his guests and aims to please. I would most definitely recommend staying here whether one night, or several months.

Unfortunately due to weather circumstances, we are not able to make it. I have been trying to get in contact with the hotel and the phone does not work. It says to try again later. I have been trying since 10PM last night (4/3). Not sure what is going on, but please contact me. I need to cancel this booking so I am not charged for something I won’t even be using.

Horrible horrible horrible. Killed a roach. Now I must admit it was just ONE roach BUT the bandaid on the floor was very unacceptable. The place is very dirty. One flat pillow each. Will not ever stay there again.

Horrible customer service, dirty rooms, and overall filth. Don't be fooled by the pictures; you'll see roaches. Thankfully, no bed bugs, but check the mattress. It was a disgusting experience to say the least.

This was the worst motel I’ve ever stayed in my life. Room was stale Smokey smell. There was a yellow brownish film on the ac unit and the telephone. The shower curtain had mold in it. There bathroom door wouldn’t close because the door ran into the toilet since the bathroom was so small. The shower head shot water out of the wall over the curtain onto the floor. Thank fully I had extra slides in my car because the bathtub was brownish blackish stains. The bathroom sink had spots of stuck on gunk of different colors. I found a cockroach. The older manager was so rude and unpleasant to try and talk to. Overall I would give this place a .25/5 the only reason it’s not a zero is because it was cheap. Do not stay here pay the extra bit of money if you can to stay somewhere better. We got catfished rooms look nothing like pictures.

The place has a cleanliness rating of 7.1 out of 10 and I have no clue why. The floor was dirty and had several blood spots on it, the bathtub was NASTY, and there was a used dirty wash rag hanging over the shower curtain rod. I have pictures but don’t see a way to upload them on here.

This is a terrible motel. When I first arrived, it took 10 minutes before the attendant at the desk to get off the phone and check us in. And the room was unacceptable. The room smelled like someone smoke a lot of cigarettes in it, and the bedsheets had a holes like cigarettes were dropped or put out on them. The bathroom was way too small, to the point where there was a gap in the door to be able to close the door because the toilet was so close to the door. Plus, the bathtub was rusted and grimey. Let's not forget that most of the power outlets in the room didn't work. I would not recommend coming here. Worst motel ever.
